I pay for my parking earlier today there's no parking here space is left they won't come out and make people move that don't have a parking ticket on their windshield and only one person working behind the counter with 8 or 10 people in line

Customer complaint

I go into Carolina Petro your cashier starts up with me by saying good morning.i didn't respond because we cannot get along so i choose not to say anything at all. All i want to do was make a purchase, she's going to hold on to my purchase trying to make me say good morning. I am not her child. I am 58 years old and i don't go along with her. So i go in silence because I don't want any problem. So this not the first run in with the assistant manager. She needs to stay in her lane if the customer chooses not to say good morning, leave them a lone no one feels like making a scene at 6:30 in the morning, but that's what she likes. She's not going to be satisfied until someone knock her in her mouth, please let her know that the customer don't have to say anything to her. As long as I'm spending money & no messing with no one, you cannot make me do nothing i don't want to do. So I choose not to speak. She's not my mother. Yes i do have respect for others but just don't like how she come at people in the store if we don't choose to speak, let us make our purchase and move on.

Still waiting for ultra one card

I applied for a new Ultra one card about 90 day's ago and have yet to receive it. I have no idea what my account number is so I have no way to check a reservation for parking.

Leaked out 3-4 gallons of oil after a oil change in your shop

Had a pm done here Okc Oklahoma. I asked the mechanic how he checked for leaks without me starting the truck.

He said he got in and started it. Which I dont believe because I have a dog in thd truck. Besides I have never had anyone get in without asking. Good thing he is not a thief.

I had around $4000.00 in cash up above the sun visor. Ok now I w went back inside and told them about it. They dont even seem to give a shif in there. A now I have to wait for them to get to me when they can now I think thats wrong they should get right on their damm mistake right away.

If I would have blown this engine it would have been a $40,000.00 bill for T/A. Thats what it cost me to rebuild the engine a year ago. So someone needs go get these kind of things looked into. Oh anc my time to T/A doesnt mean crap to you guys which is totally wrong.

Tech not doing his job (Corey Hardwick)

I'm here t the money ta/petro and the tech assigned to my truck has put the wrong oil in and has forgotten to add my Lucas. I never put Rotella in my truck but he did. There are no other techs around to check behind this guy and I'm worried he did not complete his work. I be never seen a tech so spaced out and just slow moving- very disappointed

Def in the fuel i purchased

I purchased fuel at the TA in willington ct on sep 29 and it was just fuel that I purchased on pump 4 i got 74 gallons no def was bought and before i got out of the parking lot my truck started spitting and sputtering and shut down i had it towed to freightliner ant hartford ct 28 miles away and after a week and a half of diagnostics they are telling me there was def fluid mixed in my fuel and thats why it shut down so fast now this is costing anywhere from 15000 to 20000 dollars to have my system cleaned and lines replaced i really dont want this happening to other drivers and would like it to be addressed and checked into please i have receipt if i need to foward it so you might can get more info on location or find out if anyone else had this issue from there thanks Pace Mills oh and i tried to get the shop there to look at the truck before i had it told and they told me it could be 12 to 24 hours before that was possible!!!!

Make a complaint about reserve parking

I've been parking at T/A off of Blue Diamond in Las Vegas NV for 10 years now, but they started to take away free parking stalls and turned it into reserve parking which isn't a problem the problem is now even Bob tail so trucks without a trailer has to pay for parking which is crazy and causing problems for those of us truckers that might find that few free parking spots to find those Bob tail drivers parking in a full size spot because they don't want to pay for a Bob tail spot,which I don't blame them,I don't want to pay for a Bob tail spot myself.

The only thing the app works for is getting fuel. Otherwise no free coffee no free shower its time TA Petro got on the ball the kiosk doesnt work the app doesnt work for instant shower Ive truly had enough its sad but Im gonna have to start going to loves more often

File a complaint.

Personally, if I was a truck driver in Lafayette, LA, I would not do business with this company. Truck drivers pay to park their semi. If you park your personal vehicle, you are expected to pay for your personal vehicle. If you park your personal vehicle and fail to pay within two hours your vehicle will be towed away. This is very unfair for local drivers.

Complaint about the parking lot.

I have a government oversize load which is being watched and Nate Park and told the girls that I need parking and called him numerous of times to reserve for spots and get here back into a spot and they put up a sold out and I told him that I will be right back with the money and they wouldn't reserve one so now I had to park into a non parking Zone and like I said it is being on camera by the US government and it is being watched at all times
