She follows you through the store so you can hurry to check out. I felt violated from shopping.
I refuse to buy the items I picked up, and she said, 'Why aren't you buying them?' She raised her voice so other customers could hear her. I asked for a manager; she said my name is Valerie, and the manager is not going to do anything.

About 6:00 AM on a Saturday morning, I tried to fuel my truck, but none of the fuel pumps were working. I went back inside to let her know.
She said she doesn't care, but she's asking me if I want cash advances. I said no, but let me pay for my coffee. All of a sudden, she told me I have to leave the store; if not, she will call the police. I asked her for what reason.
I overheard her saying 'Mexican only.' They have another employee; he's actually working at the shop. He told me I have to leave the store and kept telling her to call the police. It feels like I was discriminated against by a Petro employee. I even asked to speak with the manager on duty.
It looks like nobody was there anyway. Disciplinary actions should be taken; they should be terminated. If not, I'll tell my drivers to stop fueling at that Petro or TA.
I'm a business owner. Thank you.

I wanted to buy headphones, I took an earphone, came near the cashier, something didn't work at the cashier, I was already saving $103 on my program at that moment, but as if they didn't work, the cashiers, I didn't buy anything and deleted the programI went back to my program, then it shows that 103 $ was charged from me, but I didn't buy anything and the money was withdrawn

Walking into this truck stop made me feel like a fugitive, which is completely unacceptable. As a U.S.
veteran or any normal human being, I expected a higher level of respect and treatment, especially given the disrespect I often face due to the color of my skin.
The supervisor's condescending attitude was particularly infuriating. The incident started when I went to use the bathroom after an overnight stay in the big rig parking lot. I grabbed a cup of coffee, as I have at countless other truck stops, and used another cup to hold cream and milk because they dont offer the small half-and-half packs.
When I approached the cashier to check out, she mirrored her supervisors unfriendly demeanor and informed me that I would have to pay for two small cups of coffee. I explained that I was only using a small amount of cream and milk for my drink.
The cashier looked to her supervisor for direction, and she said, "Well, the milk is not cheap. If you want, you can purchase a carton of milk." I was shocked that a customer service representative would say this. I explained that I would just dump the milk and cream into my coffee. Yet, the cashier looked back to her supervisor and stated, I am still going to charge you for the cup.
Unbelievable!
While we were engaged in this ridiculous conversation, a kind gentleman, who was Caucasian, offered to pay for my second, non-existent coffee. To add insult to injury, the cashier then charged me for a small cup of ice that I didnt even request.
All I wanted was a cup of coffee, yet they felt justified in policing the complimentary condiments! This behavior is not just disgracefulits utterly unacceptable.

Trouble with ta repair center
We had an appointment at noon, then we were told we weren't being seen until four. We have been sitting at this TA in Ashland since about 11 o'clock this morning and asked for the corporate phone number. They gave me a false number, and they pulled somebody in that's only been here for 3 to 4 hours, but we have been here since this morning.

Woked up to a dead battery in Hillsdale WY Travel America parking lot on I-80 exit: 377 west; went to service department 8am to get a jump start. They said they can take my infromation and get to me 2 to 3 hrs when a servce tech get back to there shop.
I noticed there was 3 service trucks on site when I alerted the service department of my issue. I decided to call my company 5 min later to place a work order in the system to allow Travel America servce department to work on the company truck. 5hrs later had to call my company and they corresponded with Travel America service department that told them they still needed a couple more hrs before they can get to the truck. Our breakdown department couldn't believe it.
Company decided to call Stauffers road Solutions which took 30 min to get to the truck and got it started within 15 min. Won't ever stop at this location again.
User's recommendation: If it takes that long not to receive service for a simple jump start on a company truck with a corporate account, I will recommend all drivers to be aware of this location; I most certainly will never bring my personal truck for anything at that location.

I had a service call 2 days ago and the tech who came out didnt have the right tools to complete job, which i did and he borrowed them, had to go back to his shop twice, he forgot parts to complete job. I was charged 5.5 hours of work, trips to shop for his inexperienced tech who didn't know how to do it.
I am seeking a couple hours credit for an inexperienced tech who did not havevtools and the right parts for the job.

I had an oil change and my radiator replaced. I was quoted $2500 to have it done.
I had both done and I paid when it was done. I left your store but was called on my phone to come back. When I came back, they tried to charge me more money than the original estimated price. I refused to pay, and upon leaving your store, your manager at that time came outside and stood in front of my truck.
He called security and had them park in front of my truck. I then called the police.

Preferred solution: I was told last night after your manager came to apologize to me that I will not be getting a warranty on the work that was done at your shop. I want full warranty on the work that was done at your shop on my truck.

Well an average Canadian wouldn't typically try something so arrogant and we're usually more stand-alone on what day is like. I think we like how it is honestly realistically.
Also I always do look to be more innovative but never outlandish as starting wars on one another.

I worked at the Atlanta ga TA and I got a transfer to the TA in New Orleans but when got there they was going through management issues and took them over 30 days to call me for work, I lost all my vacation time I was mail a anniversary card,but I been out of work for over month and I called the store and they said it was a opening at the location, please help me get back to work

Good afternoon. My truck had an oil change on 06/21/2024 at the TA Elgin, IL location.
Its oil pan plug came out and all oil leaked out. The truck is currently broken down in West Alexander, PA 15376. I called a TA roadside squad and they inspected that the truck needs to be towed and the oil plug and pan replaced. The truck will be repaired at TA Travel Center - 270 W Alexander Rd, Valley Grove, WV 26060.
I contacted TA customer service, but they are not responding to my complaint and are not willing to take any action on my problem. We are a company of more than 350 trucks and use TA services every day and night.
They basically make millions out of us only. Now my truck is broken because of negligence and no one is taking this seriously.

Yeah something is off. OP owns a business where his/employees’ trucks regularly require fuel, the pumps aren’t working, employee’s response is “I don’t care” and instead of being incensed at the lack of service he stays to buy coffee. It doesn’t add up.
